Family Values Map
When discussing financial plans and priorities, families often find themselves at loggerheads from the outset. We have found that that frustration is often the result of everyone in the conversation assuming ‘what’s important’ is self-evident, while in actuality each member of the family holds different unspoken values.
This exercise is to be completed by each individual family member and then collated so that everyone has the opportunity to better understand the landscape of ‘what’s important’ to your unique family. From this space of understanding one another’s values, immense progress can be made toward putting resources toward benefitting the family as a whole!
